Housefull 4

                                      Housefull 4 (2019), directed by Farhad Samji, is the fourth chapter in the Housefull comedy series, delivering a wild mix of reincarnation, romance, and slapstick humor tailored for Bollywood fans.

The tale centers on Harry (Akshay Kumar), a quirky barber in modern-day London, and his brothers, Roy (Riteish Deshmukh) and Max (Bobby Deol). They’re set to wed three sisters—Kriti (Kriti Sanon), Neha (Kriti Kharbanda), and Pooja (Pooja Hegde)—but their plans spiral into chaos when Harry experiences strange flashbacks tied to an ancient ring. Enter Bangdu Maharaj (Chunky Panday), a zany mystic who reveals that the group’s souls are tied to a 15th-century kingdom called Sitamgarh.

Flashback to 1419: Harry was Bala, a charming prince, with Roy as his loyal guard Bangdu and Max as prince Mala. The sisters were princesses Madhu, Meena, and Mahika, respectively, caught in a web of love and betrayal. A scheming king, Gama (Ranjeet), tore their lives apart, leading to a tragic fate. In the present, the group risks repeating history by pairing with the wrong partners unless they unravel their past.

The gang heads to Sitamgarh’s ruins, sparking a whirlwind of mistaken identities, absurd gags, and confrontations with Gama’s modern-day avatar, Michael (Sharad Kelkar). Through over-the-top antics, they strive to align their hearts correctly and secure their happily-ever-after.

Brimming with vibrant visuals, songs like “Ek Chumma,” and a sprawling cast, Housefull 4 leans into farcical comedy over coherent storytelling, offering a chaotic, laughter-driven romp.
